Would I be doomed to fade to nothing more than a faceless name?
Maybe you would remember how you used to call me the 'love of your life' . . .
as you held your new love in your arms.
It is my deepest. darkest. fear.
to be replaced.
It is selfish of me, but I would want you to be crushed.
I would want the sorrow to swallow you whole.
Because then I would know that I was truly irreplaceable.
